At La Valentina Bar, baking is not rushed. We begin each morning with long-fermented doughs, butter-folded laminations, and recipes that have been refined over years — not months.
Our bakers arrive before dawn so that by the time you walk in, the warmth of fresh bread and the scent of vanilla are already filling the space. This is food made slowly, by hand, with a focus on quality that shows in every bite.
Long Fermentation
Our sourdoughs rest 18–24 hours, developing complex flavor and a tender crumb that mass production cannot replicate.
Hand-Laminated
Croissants, Danish, and puff pastries are folded layer by layer — 27 layers of butter and dough, every single time.
Sourced with Care
Organic flours, local eggs, and carefully selected grocery items — we know where our ingredients come from.

Nothing sits overnight. We bake in small batches throughout the morning so everything leaves the oven at its peak.
